Central Florida Transitional Housing Inc. was founded to support individuals and families in Central Florida who are working to rebuild their lives and move toward stable housing.
Housing instability affects many members of our community, and transitional housing programs provide a critical bridge between crisis and long-term independence. Our current efforts are specifically focused on the Ridgwood Corridor, where we are utilizing an adaptive reuse model to provide safe, supervised transitional housing. Our organization seeks to create supportive environments where individuals can focus on employment, education, and personal stability while working toward permanent housing solutions.
Through collaboration with community partners, service providers, and local organizations, we aim to expand opportunities for those in need and contribute to stronger, healthier communities.
We specialize in the adaptive reuse of underutilized motels and properties within the Ridgewood Corridor, converting them into safe, 24/7 supervised transitional housing environments. Our mission is to stabilize the Ridgwood Corridor by providing immediate access to safe housing paired with 24/7 on-site support and trauma-informed case management.
We operate under a Housing First low-barrier framework-ensuring that stable housing is the foundation for recovery and independence, not a reward for it.
